Serving Our Church
The mission of Redeemer depends on many individuals to serve in many different ways, whether it be greeting, serving on our various boards and committees, ushering, music, and more!
There are many opportunities to volunteer and serve within the church. We invite you to prayerfully consider where you might use your time and talents in service to the Lord. If you would like to volunteer, or would like more information, use our information request form or contact the church office.

Opportunities to Serve Our Church
Boards and Committees
Redeemer has many boards and ommittees established to manage the facilities, operations, ministries, and outreach of the church and congregation. From property maintenance, finance/budgeting, education, stewardship, missions, and outreach, there are many opportunities for members to use their gifts in service to the church.
Greeters
Greeters serve the church by welcoming members and visitors as they enter the church for worship. It is a great way to get to know others within our church community!
Men's Ministry
The Men's Ministry provides a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment where men can grow in their faith, build authentic friendships, and encourage one another in their daily walk with Christ. Whether facing life's challenges, celebrating successes, or seeking spiritual growth, men are invited to connect with others who share a commitment to following Jesus.
Ushers
Ushering is a simple way to serve the church during the worship services by providing service guides, helping with seating needs, collecting the offering, and other simple tasks to assist members and visitors.
Women of Redeemer
Women are an integral part of Redeemer Lutheran Church. The Women of Redeemer (WOR) have supported missionaries, international mission and service work, adopted seminary students, been the organizing agents for many congregational care ministries, organized many Bible studies, among countless other things.
Women of Redeemer is part of a broader women’s group of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod known as Lutheran Women in Mission (LWML).
