The Compassionate Savior

The window in the entry hall is unique because it is the only one without symbolism. The warm and splendid figure of the Compassionate Savior needs neither introduction nor explanation. Its title is Come Unto Me and it reflects the invitation of Him Who came to demonstrate divine love incarnate. His heart is ever open to the penitent sinner and His arms are ever extended in loving welcome, as actions speak louder than words. No single symbol or group of symbols can adequately describe what He means to the human race. The facial expression created by the artists concentrates the modd and the spirit of the ministering Christ.
